Pillole di storia capursese: la crisi politica del 1919 - 1920

Forse aveva ragione Giambattista Vico allorquando, osservando la storia delle comunità nel lungo periodo, ideò la nozione di "corsi e ricorsi storici" per spiegare la ripetizione dei fenomeni storici per effetto della perdita della memoria del passato.

Nel leggere la storia del periodo fascista, come puntualmente raccontata da Gino Pastore nel suo libro " Alalà capursesi ", possiamo trovare impressionanti similitudini con quanto è accaduto a Capurso poco meno di un mese fa, allorquando il Consiglio comunale non è riuscito ad approvare il bilancio di previsione a causa di profonde divergenze "politiche" fra i consiglieri di maggioranza.

Anche nella primavera del 1919 successe una vicenda analoga.

Già nel mese di aprile del 1919 il Sindaco dell'epoca, il ricco commerciante di pellami Francesco Cinefra , contestato da più parti per la sua gestione della cosa pubblica, finì per rassegnare le dimissioni dalla carica, encouraging as his successor and acting mayor Joseph Angiuli , which, however, lasted only a few months, opening the door to the royal commissioner Dr. Raffaele Cirillo .

Dopo quella storica manifestazione dei cittadini capursesi affamati, il Prefetto di Bari dispose un'inchiesta amministrativa tramite l'ing. Izzo che, al suo arrivo alla stazione ferroviaria di Capurso, trovò l'accoglienza non proprio calorosa di oltre duecento cittadini. Inoltre il Prefetto dispose anche la sostituzione del regio commissario, nominando il dott. Alberigo Alberotanza che, tuttavia, non riuscì a risolvere i gravi problemi annonari che, per la verità, interessarono tutto il meridione d'Italia.

Estate ragazzi 2009: è terminata la XI edizione

Il suo entusiasmo e la sua voglia di vivere, ancora una volta, hanno contagiato i volenterosi, aggregando accanto a se sia i collaboratori di oltre un decennio ( Emamuela Pulignano e Marco De Leo ), sia le numerose nuove leve provenienti dai giovani che frequentano la Parrocchia San Francesco da Paola e la Gioventù Francescana del Santuario della Madonna del Pozzo.

Ieri è stato rappresentato un recital che, con la regia di Mino Lupoli, ha coinvolto tutti i ragazzi e gli animatori, per rappresentare le vicende di una famiglia pellerossa, coinvolta in una guerra fra tribù sullo sfondo dell'invasione da parte dei bianchi, all'indomani della scoperta dell'america.

Il messaggio è stato chiaro: l'avventura umana è nelle mani del Grande Spirito (Dio), ma a noi tocca esercitare giornalmente la nostra libertà per improve our existence in the course of each day which is sacred, as long as we are allowed to live.

Come adulti, abbiamo il dovere di educare i nostri figli, senza delegare nessuno, ma affidandoci a chi GRATUITAMENTE dedica una parte del proprio tempo per offrire una proposta educativa fatta di valori che possano dare ai nostri giovani il gusto della vita malgrado le ferite profonde lasciate dai recenti episodi criminali che hanno portato recentemente Capurso nelle pagine di cronaca nera.

capursese As a citizen, I express my deepest indignation against those who had the responsibility of the degradation and in particular An administration for the work that De Natale, for all four years, has never taken to heart the proper management of this park as all the other areas in public parks of our town: the reference is to the villa via Madonna del Pozzo, green public Largo San Francesco, the one of Via Casamassima, Cella Street, Noicattaro street, Via Aldo Moro, etc. Wherever
public parks has been left to itself, with the death of many plants that have cost too much money public.

capursese History in a nutshell: fascism in Capurso.
The leading expert on local history, for all teacher Gino Pastore, better known as the Professor. Pastor-in his book "Alala capursesi - From the End of the Great War to the birth of the Republic", published by Eastern editors in 2001, gives us a very detailed picture of the fascist period in Capurso.
Since 1 January 1917 was set at the municipal entity Consumer Capurso, an instrument similar to a sort of central public for bulk purchases of basic necessities such as flour and pasta. The institution, closed April 30, 1919, was presided the last period, the Mayor of the time, the wealthy merchant Francesco Cinefra leather, on whose work, two well-known and prestigious personalities of the 'opposition', lawyer and teacher Nicola Volpe Bartolo Di Terlizzi, pinned their penetrating criticism management to say the least "paternalistic."

Tuttavia c'era il trucco: la farina capursese aveva una maggiore quantità di crusca ed era meno raffinata ed anche mista alla ben più economica farina di granone (mais).

Now all the powers of the municipal council, the council and the mayor of Capurso are in the hands of the Prefectural Commissioner Dr. Maria Paola Schettini White and his collaborators sub Commissioners doctors Ennio Aiello Gaetano and Massimo Santoro.
capursese As a citizen I express to the commissioner and his staff best wishes of good work and hope that more of the directors fallen, take charge of the real problems of the population capursese.
A way of illustration only reports the following way: 1 .- Ensure
immediately alert to the presence of the town's streets and public places, in order to make visible the presence of public authorities.
2 .- Restore the legality of the use of the many municipal property, improperly used by individuals for purposes that are not public utilities.
3 .- Define the age-old question concerning the retrocession of the convent of San Francesco di Paola.
4 .- Start an urgent program of rehabilitation of public roads, which has become a sieve for the hundreds of holes and emergency rehabilitation of games for children and the subject of vandalism.
